• Project Visualisation

Create 3D model and renders to assist with the visualisation of a project. VR is utilised to give clients a realistic view of walking through their project.

  • VR Walkthrough

Through the use of 3D models and Enscape clients are able to use VR to walkthough their project giving them a realistic view of what their project will look like once completed.

  • Dynamo Automation

Dynamo is utilised to provide maximum efficiencies in a project. Scripts are used to generate sheets and views to enable greater productivity as well as other repetitive tasks.

  • Manufacturer Content

Specific family and content creation based on manufacturer needs. 3D families with built in types, sizes and specifications that directly corresponds with manufacturer products.

  • Trade Packages

Through the use of BIM technologies we are able to split 3D models and documentation into trade packages to assist in the tender and procurement process. Accurately modelling the project with selections built into the project allows for greater clarity of scope.

  • Model Federation

Compile various 3D models into one consolidated model through the use of Navisworks and BIM360. Federation of models allows for clash detections and reports to be generated.

  • Schedules

Through the use of accurately modeling project elements schedules can be generated through Revit. Schedules include material takeoffs, fixture quantities, and other project specific requirements.

  • BIM Advisory

Review and comment on BIM execution plans. Provided critical feedback to ensure clients needs are met.

  • Shop Model Reviews

Review and provide comments as required for shop drawings. Review shop drawings to ensure the design intent is met. Shop drawing reviews range from structural elements such as structural steel and precast panels to architectural elements such as joinery and shopfronts and other project specific elements.

  • Complex Geometry

    Complex Geometry

For complex geometries our team uses programs such as Rhino, Grasshopper and Dynamo to generate the desired form. These programs work seamlessly with Revit to allow for integration into the larger project. Complex geometries can be used in building modelling such as roofs or more specific elements such as furniture.

  • Detail Resolution

Understanding of industry and constructions standards allows our team to work through resolution of complex design to create a detail that doesn’t compromise design intent. Collaborative and critical thinking ensures the best outcome for detail resolution.

  • Consultant Coordination

Through the use of 3D modelling and 2D drawings a collaborative approach to coordination allows the team to raise any potential risks early on and to work through and issues to ensure the desired outcome for all parties.

  • Fabrication Modeling

Provide specialist drawings and 3D models used for fabrication.

  • Model Management

Ensures good practice is used in both the project model and content families used in a project. Provides ease of mind that deliverables are being achieved with an accurate model.

  • Evacuation Diagrams

Backgrounds for diagrams created using 2D drawings to depict the required area. Evacuation diagrams generated in a PDF format to allow clients to make amendments in the future. Editable elements include travel paths and emergency icon locations.

  • Revit Content Creation

Ranges from specific family content for joinery and fixture selections to project templates and sheet titleblocks. Project templates are created to include specific drawing standards such as text font, dimension styles, elevation markers, and typical Revit families including both 2D and 3D content.

  • Architectural Fabrication

Provide specialist drawings and 3D models used for fabrication of building elements such as facades, roofs & soffits.

  • Construction Documents

Provide 2D drawings that form the construction documentation package. Ensure drawings are coordinated with consultants to limit queries on site.

  • Building Permit

Provide documentation that forms the Building Permit package that is submitted to council. Includes site plan, floor plans, elevation, sections and details as well as any other requirements that are specific to a particular council to any DA conditions are capture and addressed.

  • Tender Package

Create drawings and schedules that are submitted as part of the tender package. Thorough set of documents to prevent scope gaps.

  • Existing Conditions

Utilising existing drawings, point cloud information and site measure to accurately depict existing conditions for a project.

  • Concept Modeling

Generate 3D concept models using Rhino and Grasshopper to visualise various concepts.

  • Development Approval

Provide documentation that forms the Development Approval package that is submitted to council. Includes site plan, floor plans, elevation, sections and as well as any other requirements that are specific to a particular council.

  • Model Audit/Review

Ensures that models are running smoothly and efficiently. Reviewing warnings in a projects ensure that the model is accurate and that “quick fixes” aren’t used.

  • BIM Execution Planning

Creates a formwork for project delivery outlining to the project team project deliverables and standards. Defines LOD expectations and transfers of information to ensure ease of coordination while meeting the clients needs.

  • Clash Detection

Utilising various software depending on project specific requirements to run clash detections and generate a comprehensive report of clashes between models. Clash detections can be completed with multiple consultant models including fabrication models.
